Two House lawmakers sent a letter to President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris Monday after the Bureau of Labor Statistics made a downward revision — the largest in 15 years — to recent jobs data.

In the letter, Education and the Workforce Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx, R-N.C. and Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions Subcommittee Chairman Bob Good, R-Va., called out the Biden-Harris administration for its “radical policies,” which they say “are hurting American workers and businesses.”

Foxx and Good wrote, “For nearly four years, the Biden-Harris administration has touted the supposed ‘successes’ of ‘Bidenomics.’ All the while, American families and businesses have suffered. In your March 2024 State of the Union address, you lauded record-breaking jobs numbers and an economy that was ‘the envy of the world.’
